Nozzles can be opened and closed individually (computer control), they are pneumatically actuated through double-effect jacks
Central part: 2.40 m + 2 extensions, horizontally removable

4.2. Two types of use
Full automatic mode, from the front or the rear panel. All the main management can be carried out
Manual mode, from the rear platform only
4.3. Operations
*From both front and rear control panels:
-adjustment of bar height
-nozzles selection
-spraying
-pump speed (in manual mode only)
*From the front control panel only:
-selection of front command or front/rear command
-operating nozzle by nozzle
-spraying parameters (metering, density, spraying width and increment)
-alarms programming
-job sites management
*On the front control panel, are displayed:
-continuously: the metering, the density, the temperature, the bar width, the covered distance, the speed of the binder pump, the forwarding speed, the given speed for the binder pump and the advised lowest forwarding speed
-the covered distance, the load-out weight, the covered area
-various alarms about the lowest level of the tank, the bitumen pump speed tolerance
*During spraying:
-the metering can be modified easily by pressing (+) (-) keys
-the spraying width can be modified by using the corresponding switches to open/close bitumen nozzles on the right or on the left
-Any parameter modification is immediately taken in consideration to keep the accurate metering.
*Control from the rear platform
Main management of the front control panel are also available from the rear platform:
-selection of nozzles to operate nozzle by nozzle
-spraying
-lifting moving
Remark: A computer breakdown doesn't mean the end of your worksite
*In case of any default on the front control panel, it is very easy to stop the work by selecting the emergency mode (manual mode)
*It is then possible to carry out the same operations as in automatic mode: nozzle selection, pump speed, spraying and draining/cleaning
