Intelligent Asphalt Bitumen and Gravel Stone Synchronous Chip Sealer
EA5310TFCFB
Automatic Valves, Automatic Ignition, Computer Control
(Rubber Asphalt, Optional Dual Heating)

Technical Description
The EA5310TFCFB is a fully automatic road maintenance construction equipment. It can distribute specified widths and quantities of asphalt and stones separately and simultaneously. It can spray all types of asphalt products, including high-temperature rubber asphalt (resistant up to 230°C).

The EA5310TFCFB offers three different construction modes, all of which can be operated automatically by a single operator from the driver's cabin via the control panel.

Synchronous asphalt and stone chip sealing
Asphalt distribution
Stone chip spreading
The specialized "EA6000++" control system equipped on the EA5310TFCFB is a high-tech and high-efficiency automated control system that complies with electromagnetic compatibility standards (CEM). The front and rear control units are connected via fiber optics, making the equipment more secure and reliable, and reducing response times.

Running totals: total length of spreading, weight, and area of distributed asphalt
Various alarms: low-level alarm in the asphalt tank, asphalt pump speed alarm, etc.

7.3. Two Operating Modes
Fully automatic mode, available from both the front and rear control consoles. Primary operations can be performed by pressing a function key on the front control console, and all operations can be managed from the rear control console: asphalt mixing, asphalt circulation, loading and unloading asphalt, distribution, pipeline drainage, spray arm cleaning, stone chip spreading control, and more.
Manual mode: Operable only from the rear control console

7.4. Operation
On both the front and rear control consoles
Adjust spray arm height
Select asphalt nozzles and stone chip material gates
Control spraying/spreading
Adjust pump speed (in manual mode only)
On the front control console
Choose front or dual control
Control nozzle(s)
Set distribution parameters (volume, density, width, and adjustments)
Configure alarms
Construction management
During distribution
Easily modify distribution volume by pressing (+) or (-) function keys
Control nozzle openings and closures on the left and right to change the distribution width
Any parameter modifications prompt immediate computer response, issuing relevant commands to ensure accurate distribution

7.7. Three Working Modes
The front control console inside the cabin allows the selection of different working modes:

Asphalt distribution
Stone chip spreading
Synchronous operation
Note: In case of computer failure, it does not mean you can't work anymore.

In the event of a front control console failure, you can easily switch to the emergency mode (manual mode) and continue your work.
It can perform operations like nozzle selection, material gate selection, controlling asphalt pump speed, distribution, drainage, and cleaning of the spray arm, just like in automatic mode.
